1. Limited Nature of Plans

Our membership plans come with specified services and are designed to meet the needs of our users/members. It is essential to note that these plans have limitations, and members are expected to avail services within the confines of their chosen plan

2. No Scope for Excess Payments

Members are advised that there is no scope for excess payments beyond the specified charges associated with their selected plans. It is the responsibility of the members to familiarize themselves with the details of their chosen plan to avoid any unintentional excess payments.

3. Payment and Plan Details

No registration fee is charged, and membership is granted upon acceptance of the terms and conditions. Payments are accepted only through the specified channels via payment gateway, and no cash, demand drafts, or cheque payments are allowed at Pair Forever office or channel partner locations.

4. Termination of Membership

Members failing to comply with terms and conditions, abusing others, or violating policies will be immediately terminated, with no refund of subscription fees.

5. Plan Changes and Updates

Any issues or wrong plan choices should be reported within 15 days of immediate intimation. No refunds will be made for plan terminations or member terminations.

6. Downgrade of Plan

Downgrading of plans will not be considered, and refunds will not be issued.

7. Payment Issues

Failed payments or refund issues related to payments will be governed by the terms and conditions of third-party payment gateways.

Processing errors will be refunded to the source of payment as per payment gateway terms and conditions within 30 days.

6. Fraudulent Activities

Fraudulent membership, proxy membership, impersonation, or fake profiles will result in immediate termination without any refund.

7. Dispute Resolution

Members should contact us via email for prompt resolution of any issues or disputes, providing necessary proof.

8. Security Measures

PairForever or its channel partners will never request OTP, account details, or financial information via email or phone. Any fraudulent calls should be reported, and members have the right to legal action as per prevailing laws.

9. Exceptional Cases and Disputes

In cases of unresolved issues or disputes adjudicated by governing bodies, apart from membership term fees, a refund may be granted, limited to the monetary value paid by the member, without interest charges.

10. Compensation

No compensation beyond the payment amount received by members will be considered during dispute resolution.

11. Refund Payments

Refund payments will be settled in INR (Indian Rupees) via cheque only, upon submission of a photo ID and member verification.

12. Updates and Revisions

This refund policy may be updated or revised periodically on website pairforever.in Members are required to follow and review the policy on the website. No individual intimation by whatsoever means shall be communicated.

13. Jurisdiction

Any dispute resolution will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

In the event of membership/user registration cancellation, plan downgrading, or subscription termination by users, no refunds will be provided

Refunds are applicable solely for instances of double payments resulting from miss-posting due to a technology issue within 30 days. Such Refund payments will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees) via cheque only, subject to the submission of a photo ID and member verification. Refunds for any reasons other than the aforementioned issue will not be facilitated.
